Over the past five years, the faculty has faced significant challenges that have greatly limited or changed approaches to education and scientific work.
The war has changed everything and everyone. Physical and emotional exhaustion, the loss of loved ones and homes, constant stress due to threats to health and life for oneself and one's family, a shift in priorities from development to survival, and ethical challenges—these are all issues our society has faced.
All these challenges are systemic in nature, and therefore, the faculty needs to develop new systemic approaches to overcome them.
Obviously, in these conditions, the goals set by the Foundation must, on the one hand, have a systemic and institutional character, and on the other hand, must change and adapt to current challenges.
